How to get more accurate Hindi auto captions: 7 easy tips

Tips · 4-minute read

AI captions are only as good as the audio the AI hears. If words come out wrong, the problem is usually the recording, not the tool. The good news: small changes make a big difference.

These 7 tips work on any phone — no expensive mic required.

1. Keep the phone close to your mouth

A phone mic hears best from one or two arm-lengths. From far away, room echo creeps in and words blur.

2. Keep background music low

When music and voice play together, the AI gets confused — song lyrics turn into words too. Add music later in editing, or keep it very quiet. Videos with only a song or guitar won't get correct captions — that's normal.

3. Avoid noisy places

Fans, AC, traffic and TV all bury your voice. A small room with curtains or clothes is best; empty halls and bathrooms echo.

4. Speak clearly and a little slower

Speaking very fast or swallowing words increases mistakes. Speak at a normal pace and finish each word. It quickly becomes a habit, even in vlogs.

5. One person at a time

When two people talk at once the AI mixes them up. In interviews, take turns.

6. Try earphones with a mic, or a clip mic

If you have wired earphones with a mic, clip them to your collar. A cheap lavalier (clip-on) mic also makes a big difference.

7. Fix mistakes in a minute

No AI is 100% accurate — especially with names, English brand names and slang. In AI Caption Generator, tap the caption in the preview or go to Edit → Text and change the word. Timing adjusts automatically.

💡 Quick check: play the video with the sound off and just read the captions. Fix any line you can't understand.

In short

Mic close, music low, a quiet place, clear speech — do just this and auto captions will be quite accurate, with very little editing left.

Hindi auto captions zyada sahi kaise aayein: 7 aasaan tips

Tips · 4 minute read

AI captions tabhi achhe aate hain jab AI ko awaaz saaf sunai de. Agar shabd galat aa rahe hain, to aksar problem tool mein nahi, recording mein hoti hai. Achhi khabar ye hai ki chhote badlav se bada farak padta hai.

Ye 7 tips kisi bhi phone pe kaam karti hain — koi mehenga mic zaroori nahi.

1. Phone ko muh ke paas rakho

Phone ka mic 1–2 haath ki doori pe sabse achha sunta hai. Door se record karoge to room ki goonj (echo) aa jaati hai aur shabd dhundhle ho jaate hain.

2. Background music kam rakho

Music aur awaaz saath mein ho to AI confuse hota hai — gaane ke bol bhi shabd ban jaate hain. Music baad mein editing mein add karo, ya volume bahut kam rakho. Sirf gaana/guitar wali video mein captions sahi nahi aayenge — ye normal hai.

3. Shor wali jagah se bacho

Pankhe, AC, traffic, TV — ye sab awaaz ko dabate hain. Chhota, kapdon/parde wala kamra sabse achha hota hai. Khaali hall ya bathroom mein goonj zyada hoti hai.

4. Saaf aur thoda dheere bolo

Bahut tez ya shabd khaa kar bologe to galtiyan badhengi. Normal speed se, har shabd poora bolo. Vlogging style mein bhi ye habit jaldi ban jaati hai.

5. Ek time pe ek insaan

Do log ek saath bolein to AI dono ko mila deta hai. Interview mein baari-baari bolo.

6. Earphone mic ya clip mic try karo

Agar aapke paas wired earphone hai jiske saath mic hai, use kurte/shirt pe laga do. Sasta clip-on mic (lavalier) bhi bada farak laata hai.

7. Galtiyan 1 minute mein theek karo

Koi bhi AI 100% sahi nahi hota — khaas kar naam, English brand names aur slang mein. AI Caption Generator mein preview pe caption pe tap karo ya Edit → Text mein jaake shabd badal do. Timing apne aap adjust ho jaati hai.

💡 Quick check: video chalakar sirf captions padho, awaaz band karke. Jo line samajh na aaye, wahi theek karo.

Short mein

Paas mic, kam music, shaant jagah, saaf bolna — bas itna karoge to auto captions kaafi sahi aayenge, aur editing ka kaam bahut kam ho jayega.
